Flow Pattern Ceramic Pot

1. Handmade Nature
All ceramic pots are handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, texture, shape, glaze flow, and finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

2. Size Tolerance
Dimensions may vary by ±5–10 mm due to manual production and firing process.

3. Colour Variations
Actual product colour may differ slightly from images due to lighting, screen display settings, and photographic effects.

4. Drainage & Water Exposure
If kept outdoors, continuous exposure to heavy rain may cause watermarks, colour fading, or hairline cracks over long-term use. Using trays/saucers is recommended.

5. Fragility
Ceramic is a fragile material. Breakage due to impact, drops, mishandling, or improper placement is not covered under replacement.

6. Hairline Marks / Pinholes
Minor pinholes, glaze dots, micro-lines, or kiln marks are common in ceramic firing and do not affect the durability or usage of the pot.

7. Suitable Usage
Best suited for indoor, balcony, shaded outdoor use.
Not recommended for extreme temperature changes.

8. Return/Replacement
Replacement is only provided for transit damage with proper unboxing video proof.
No return for size mismatch, minor variations, or aesthetic differences.
